Why space needs space

"Space needs space" is almost like saying the universe craves room to exist and expand. In a literal sense, outer space is vast and boundless, and... it's essential for the very structure and dynamics of the cosmos. Without the "space" in space, celestial bodies like stars, planets, and galaxies wouldn't have the room they need to form, move, and interact. The vast void is what allows gravity, light, and other forces to play their roles in shaping the universe. But your phrasing feels like it might also have a deeper, more philosophical tone. If we think metaphorically, it could be about the importance of "space" in life—space to breathe, grow, and simply be. Just as the stars are scattered across the vastness of the universe, we, too, need our moments of solitude and freedom to shine.
